In the early morning hours of Thursday, June 2, 2022, the life of Kenneth Steven Blackstone was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. Just weeks before his 29th birthday, the young man was discovered by police on the 300 block of South Pulaski Street at approximately 2:26 a.m. Officers had been drawn to the scene by a shot spotter alert, an indication of gunfire in the area. Upon their arrival, they found Mr. Blackstone suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot wound.
