Kenneth Steven Blackstone, a 29-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on June 2, 2022. According to reports, Baltimore Police officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert around 2:25 a.m. in the 300 block of South Pulaski Street, where they found Blackstone suffering from a gunshot wound.
