David Ramirez, a 39-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on October 27, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:29 a.m., in the 3300 block of Annapolis Road. Upon responding to a call for a shooting, officers found Ramirez suffering from multiple life-threatening gunshot wounds.
