In the busy commercial district of Towson, Maryland, a tragedy unfolded on November 22, 2022, cutting short the life of 24-year-old Pavan Patel. The young man, a resident of Baltimore, was discovered unconscious in the 8700 block of Loch Raven Boulevard. When Baltimore County Police responded to the call, they found Patel with a fatal gunshot wound and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
