On September 4, 2006, 18-year-old John Leslie Graham III, also known by his nickname "Madd Maxx," tragically lost his life to gun violence in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. John was a student at Myrtle Beach High School, remembered for his infectious smile that could "melt your heart." He was affectionately referred to as "Boss" and was noted for his humorous nature, being described as "the funniest person I knew." He is survived by his child, Little John.
