In the late summer of 2016, Timothy Francis Buckley, a 51-year-old male, vanished from his new life in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, a place he had chosen for its slower pace after a long career in law enforcement in New York. The last time anyone saw him was on the evening of September 28, 2016, as he walked towards his camper at the Springmaid Resort. A loving husband and father to three teenage daughters, his sudden disappearance sparked immediate concern among his family and friends.
