J'Quayl Frazier, a 19-year-old from Lancaster, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on September 10, 2014. He was found dead in his hometown, leaving behind a grieving family, including his mother, Cartina Mackey, and a young son. Frazier was remembered as a good kid who was actively looking for a job and had a girlfriend.
