Donnie Lee Brooks Jr., a 23-year-old resident of North Augusta, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on January 11, 2015. Brooks was found dead in an apartment complex on Bradleyville Road, where he had been fatally shot. The incident also involved a 16-year-old who was shot in the foot and subsequently transported to a local hospital.
