Shamekia Tyjuana Sanders, a 17-year-old from Holly Hill, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on July 15, 2015. She was found shot to death along with three other individuals: Jerome Butler, 58; Krystal Hutto, 28; and her sister, Tamara Perry, 14. The incident occurred at a home on Old State Road in Holly Hill. Shamekia was a rising senior at Lake Marion High School and Technology Center, where she was an honor student, cheerleader, and member of the JROTC.
