Philistin Saintcyr, a 69-year-old man from Immokalee, Florida, was last seen on April 27, 2006. The day before his disappearance, Saintcyr experienced a medical emergency and was airlifted to NCH North Naples Hospital. After being treated and discharged the next morning, hospital staff provided him with a voucher for a cab ride back to his home in Immokalee. However, Saintcyr was unable to provide the cab driver with his address, prompting the driver to return him to the hospital.
