Timothy Peter Gentry, a 32-year-old resident of Columbia, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on July 28, 2015. Gentry, who was known for his dedication to helping others and his aspirations to become a school teacher, was found with a gunshot wound to the upper body in the early hours of the morning. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of Beaufort Street near River Drive in Columbia. Despite being transported to a local hospital, he was pronounced dead at 2:15 AM.
