Richard Butler, a 24-year-old resident of Ravenel, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on August 16, 2015. His death was a result of a violent incident that shocked the local community. Butler was found deceased behind a vacant house on Roper Run Road, having suffered multiple stab wounds and a gunshot wound to the back of his head. The discovery of his body was made by two children playing in the area, which added a layer of distress to an already tragic event.
