In the quiet town of Summerville, South Carolina, a grim discovery was made on November 30, 2015. Inside a car on Larson Road, the bodies of two young men were found, their lives cut short by gunfire. The victims were identified as 22-year-old Jamal Xavier Armstrong, a Black male, and his friend, 23-year-old Tyrell Jamar Miles.
