In the small town of Timmonsville, South Carolina, a young life was cut tragically short on the afternoon of February 1, 2016. Darius Jones, an 18-year-old Black male, was fatally shot at a residence on Byrd Street. The Florence County Coroner later confirmed that a gunshot wound was the cause of his death.
