Demetrius Lamon Jones, aged 42, was tragically found dead on the morning of May 31, 2016, in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery located at the intersection of South Fairfield Road and Paper Mill Road in Greenville, South Carolina. The Greenville County Coroner, Parks Evans, confirmed that Jones died from a gunshot wound to the chest, and it was determined that he was killed around 1 a.m. on the same day.
