Steven Gregory Brock, aged 50, tragically lost his life on September 1, 2016, in Westminster, South Carolina. The incident occurred at his residence on Brock Road. On that fateful day, Brock was confronted by R.L. Webb, with whom he had a verbal dispute earlier. Webb, determined to confront Brock, arrived at his property and found the gate locked.
