In the fall of 2016, the family of 18-year-old Bobby Junior Evans grew worried. A Black male from the small town of Timmonsville, South Carolina, he had not been seen since September 15th. As days turned into weeks with no word, his family officially reported him missing on October 3, 2016. At the time of his disappearance, he was last seen on North Cashua Drive near Florence, wearing blue jeans. He was described as being 5-foot-4 and weighing 120 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes.
