Death by Force

On the evening of October 22, 2016, Curtis Jerome Franks II, a 32-year-old resident of North Charleston, South Carolina, was fatally shot. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. in the parking lot of a townhome complex, where Franks was present with several other individuals. Following the shooting, he was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
