In the fall of 2016, the life of Lewis Kevin Ramsey, a 43-year-old male from Walterboro, South Carolina, was tragically cut short. On the evening of Friday, October 28, 2016, Ramsey was fatally shot in his residence. He was not the only victim of the violence that unfolded that night; Julie Michelle Poston, age 41, was also killed in the incident.
