In a relationship described by relatives as both tumultuous and sometimes violent, 47-year-old Eulia Moon was shot and killed by her boyfriend, Jamie Jermaine Robinson, following a late-night argument on October 29, 2016. The couple, who had been together for about two years, were inside Robinson's parked truck at his mother's home on Little Capers Road on Lady's Island, where they also resided in a converted garage.
