Kort Woodley, a 29-year-old African American male from Blackville, South Carolina, was found unresponsive at the entrance to the Magistrate's Office parking lot on U.S. Highway 78 East in Williston. Initially, authorities believed he had died from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle collision.
