On a late December evening in McClellanville, South Carolina, the life of Jermaine Lamel Frasier, Sr. was tragically cut short. The 45-year-old man, known affectionately as 'Jerk' to his friends and family, had just returned home from his job as an Industrial Water Blaster with Thompson Construction Company on December 30, 2016.
