Manuel Foy, a 20-year-old resident of McClellanville, South Carolina, was found dead in a parked car on September 3, 2020. The Charleston County Coroner's Office identified the cause of death as a gunshot wound. The incident occurred in the morning at 8532 N Highway 17, and the Charleston County Sheriff's Office immediately launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
