Ray Anthony Deas Jr., a 21-year-old resident of North Charleston, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 19, 2017, following a shooting incident. According to the Charleston County Coroner's Office, Deas was found with a gunshot wound to the head on the sidewalk in front of a home at 2315 Taylor Street.
