In the quiet community of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, the life of 75-year-old Garden Magwood came to a sudden and violent end on a Wednesday morning in March of 2017. Officers responding to a distressing 911 call around 6:30 a.m. discovered her body within her home. She had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
