Death by Force

Al-Jaami Asa Sweet, a 40-year-old resident of North Charleston, South Carolina, was tragically found dead on October 1, 2017. Sweet was discovered with a gunshot wound in the driveway of a home located in the 7500 block of Hunters Ridge Lane. Despite being transported to a local hospital for treatment, he succumbed to his injuries. The case was immediately taken up by the North Charleston Police Department and the Dorchester County Coroner's Office for investigation.
