Javon Thomas, an 18-year-old from North Charleston, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on February 19, 2022. According to reports, Javon was walking down the street in the Union Heights neighborhood with his girlfriend when he was approached by Courtney Richards. Richards, who was driving by, stopped his vehicle, exited, and confronted Thomas.
