Cedric Brown, a 29-year-old resident of Estill, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on November 30, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when law enforcement officers responded to reports of multiple gunshots fired in the area of 3rd Street and Commerce Way.
