Marques Antonio Hallman, an 18-year-old from Columbia, South Carolina, tragically passed away on February 17, 2018. Marques, affectionately known as 'Quezoo' by his friends and family, was born on May 8, 1999. He was the eldest son of Vanessa Hallman and Antwon Mobley.
