In a tragic turn of events on Sunday, March 25, 2018, 30-year-old Cory Cornelius Jenkins, a male resident of Columbia, South Carolina, was fatally shot. The incident unfolded shortly after 9:00 p.m. inside a home on Samson Circle in North Columbia. When Columbia Police Department officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Jenkins unresponsive.
