In a tragic turn of events stemming from a dispute over a video game, 31-year-old Jesse Weathers lost his life in a North Charleston, South Carolina motel room. The incident unfolded on April 27, 2018, at a Rodeway Inn where Weathers was playing video games with 19-year-old Daniel Reed. An argument erupted between the two, escalating to a point where Reed fatally shot Weathers twice.
