On a summer evening in Pelion, South Carolina, the life of 38-year-old Aaron Matthew Peterson was brought to a violent end. On July 23, 2018, Peterson was shot multiple times in the upper body at a residence on Sandspur Road. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
