Nakya Dayo Scott, a 33-year-old resident of Columbia, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on August 12, 2018. She was shot and killed in her home located in the 2000 block of Faraway Drive in Northeast Columbia. The incident occurred around 2:30 AM while she was in a bedroom with her boyfriend, preparing to go to bed.
