In the early morning hours of September 30, 2018, the life of 17-year-old Samquan Hakeem Frazier of Varnville, South Carolina, was tragically cut short. Frazier, an African American male affectionately known as 'Chucko' by his loved ones, was discovered on the side of Pineland Road near Highway 3 in Jasper County, suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body.
