In the quiet community of Burton, South Carolina, a grim discovery was made on the morning of December 22, 2018. The body of 41-year-old Lamar Johnson was found on the side of Billy Hill Road by a local resident. Deputies from the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office were promptly dispatched to the scene around 8 a.m.
