Jamel Martel Ross, a 37-year-old resident of Moore, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on December 27, 2018, in Roebuck, SC. According to reports, the incident occurred during a dispute over a card game. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting at 170 Evans Circle around 11:45 p.m. on the night of the incident.
