In the early hours of a Thursday morning in Columbia, South Carolina, a dispute between acquaintances escalated into a tragedy that claimed the lives of two young men. On February 7, 2019, 23-year-old Antonio Deandre Dash and another man, 24-year-old Eric Griffin, were fatally shot at the Willow Run Apartments on Alcott Drive. The male victim, Antonio Dash, was remembered in his obituary as a loving son, brother, and friend who was a fan of football and basketball.
