Geraldine Castle, a 73-year-old resident of Seneca, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on March 7, 2019, following a violent home invasion. The incident occurred when her grandson, Decota Brown, and his accomplice, Hunter Hunnicutt, broke into her home with the intent to burglarize it. During the burglary, the situation escalated, and Geraldine Castle was shot multiple times. She was rushed to Greenville Memorial Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries a few days later.
