In the early morning hours of March 17, 2019, a tragic discovery was made in Greenville County, South Carolina. Thirty-one-year-old Jamie Dale Smith, a male resident of Easley, was found deceased in his pickup truck on the side of Locust Hill Road in Travelers Rest. The hazard lights of his vehicle were blinking, drawing the attention of passersby who alerted the authorities.
