In the early morning hours of a late March day, a tragic event unfolded at a nightclub in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, that resulted in the death of 28-year-old Matthew Cobb Jr. of Hemingway. The incident, a shooting that broke out at TC's Lounge on Petigru Drive, also claimed the life of 28-year-old Tevin Washington of Georgetown and left a third individual wounded.
