Deondre Ontonio Brown, a 20-year-old resident of Pawleys Island, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on December 11, 2019. Brown was shot to death outside his grandmother Carrie Williams' home on Martin Luther King Drive. The incident occurred in the backyard of the residence, a place that has since become a haunting reminder for his family.
