In the spring of 2019, the life of 19-year-old Henry Trey Norris was cut short on a Tuesday night in North Charleston, South Carolina. On April 23rd, events unfolded that would leave Norris dead from multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m. near a residence on Garrett Avenue.
