In the summer of 2019, the life of 18-year-old Timothy Z. Wright was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. On the night of July 19th, in Hanahan, South Carolina, a shooting incident on Corner Avenue claimed the lives of two young men and left a third with life-threatening injuries. Officers from both the Hanahan and North Charleston police departments responded to reports of gunshots around 11 p.m. and discovered a chaotic scene. Wright was pronounced dead at the location.
