Latwanyept Shay LaShay Stover, aged 37, tragically lost her life on November 23, 2019, in Fort Lawn, South Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Highway 200 and Highway 21. Stover was shot while riding in her car, and the suspect, Brandon Ryan Roberts, was also in the vehicle at the time of the shooting.
