Demetrius Floyd, a 34-year-old resident of Columbia, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on November 24, 2019. He was found inside a residence on Dubard Boyle Road with multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body. Despite being rushed to the hospital by Richland County EMS, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. near the Oak Hills Golf Club, and the Richland County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene following reports of a shooting.
