On a spring evening in Latta, South Carolina, the lives of two young men were tragically cut short. Keishawn Davis, a 23-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on May 5, 2020, in a violent incident that also claimed the life of 17-year-old Tre'von Marques Frierson. The shooting occurred at the Southside Apartments, sending shockwaves through the small Dillon County community.
