In the early morning hours of July 12, 2020, the life of 22-year-old Quanecia Brown was tragically cut short in a wave of violence that erupted at the Dizzy Gillespie Apartments in Cheraw, South Carolina. The incident, which also claimed the life of a young man and injured Brown's infant child, stemmed from an earlier altercation at a club in nearby Marlboro County.
