Chad Westbury, a 39-year-old resident of Johns Island, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on July 12, 2020. He was fatally shot outside a Walgreens located on Savannah Highway. According to the Charleston County Sheriff's Office, the incident occurred around 9 p.m. following an altercation. Westbury was found unresponsive on the ground about half a mile away from the Walgreens, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
