Terrence D'Andrea Pinckney, a 28-year-old resident of Andrews, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on the night of October 28, 2020. The incident occurred at Bethel Apartments on Gilbert Street in Georgetown, SC. Police were dispatched to the scene around 9:30 PM, where they found Pinckney lying on the ground, deceased from gunshot wounds.
