In the quiet neighborhoods of Greenville, South Carolina, the life of Jarvis Jerome Kanard, a 29-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short in early February of 2021. On the evening of Thursday, February 4th, deputies were called to his home on Caroline Street where they found him deceased. He had been shot at least once.
