In the summer of 2021, a life was tragically cut short in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Dwayne Tyrone Patterson, a 29-year-old male, died on Saturday, July 10, 2021, after a shooting incident. The event unfolded on 14th Avenue South, where officers in the vicinity heard gunshots and were able to respond almost immediately. Patterson was transported to Grand Strand Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
